## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using  Declutter: Phone Cleaner App ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

## 2. Use of the App

The App is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) unless a separate license is provided. You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or misuse the App.

## 3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of your own photo library, videos, and contacts, and for any action you take within the App, including permanently deleting or merging items. You must have the right to access and manage any data (such as another person's contact information) that you process through the App.

## 4. Photo, Video & Contacts Access

The App requests access to your Photos and Contacts only to perform the features you use — finding duplicates, screenshots, large videos, and duplicate contacts. This processing happens on your device. See the Privacy Policy for full detail on what is and is not collected.

## 5. Deletion & Destructive Actions

Deleting photos, videos, or merging/deleting contacts through the App are permanent, user-confirmed actions. Photo and video deletions go through Apple's own system confirmation, which the App cannot bypass or automate. You are solely responsible for confirming these actions; the App and its developers are not liable for data loss resulting from actions you confirm.

## 6. Subscriptions

Cleaner Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (currently available as weekly, monthly, and yearly plans, as shown on the paywall at time of purchase) purchased through the App Store.

- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.

- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

- Any unused portion of a free trial period, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

- Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's own refund policies — we do not process payments or refunds directly.

Restore Purchases (available in Settings) restores an active subscription to a new device or reinstall using your Apple ID.

## 7. Advertising

Free (non-subscribed) use of the App may display advertising served through Google AdMob and its partner ad networks. Ads are subject to Google's own terms. Premium subscribers do not see ads. Where a rewarded ad is offered to unlock additional use of a feature, the reward is granted only after Google confirms the ad was watched to completion — closing an ad early grants no reward.

## 8. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

- Apple StoreKit — for processing subscription purchases.

- Google AdMob (and Google's User Messaging Platform, where applicable) — for advertising.

Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

## 9. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and its original content (excluding your own photos, videos, and contacts) are owned by [COMPANY NAME] or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App outside of what Apple's platform terms allow.

## 10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. Storage savings shown by the App are estimates based on data actually read from your device; no warranty is made that any specific amount of space will be freed.

## 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including data deleted or merged as a result of actions you confirmed within the App.

## 12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
